Can I apply without choosing a specific job?
Dakota’s job board, provided by Vars Health, has two options. To apply for a listed job, open Find Jobs, choose a role, and select Apply Now; the application opens on the job board in a new tab. To share your résumé without choosing a job, select Submit Resume on the job board. On a phone, tap the sliders icon next to the search box first; Submit Resume is at the top of the Filters panel that opens. It asks for your name and email address, and optionally your phone number and a résumé (PDF, DOC, or DOCX), and sends them to Vars Health.
